Rajinikanth’s ROBO Releases shortly

The tamil super star Rajinikanth’s next venture ROBO is almost completed. The great director Shankar is directing the film and he says that almost 80% of the film is completed and they have to shoot 2 songs. Meanwhile the post production is going on for that film.

This film is creating nervous in the audience, since this is a type of film with great combinations. Previously this combination has done "Shivaji", which was a bumper hit. Here Aishwaryarai is doing opposite to him. The director says that the song to be shoot on the Robo will be a highlight to the film. Mostly the film will be released in summer vacations.

Nayan Wanted in Bollywood

South star Nayanthara to star with Salman Khan in Most Wanted, directed by her boyfriend Prabhu Devaa.

South star Nayanthara is ready to make it big in Bollywood. She will play the female lead opposite Salman Khan in Most Wanted, the sequel to Wanted. Buzz is that she has been finalised to star in the film on the insistence of Prabhu Devaa, director of Wanted and Most Wanted. This is not surprising as there are reports that Nayanthara is Prabhu Devaa’s girlfriend and rumours are that they have secretly tied the knot.

A source said, “Producer Boney Kapoor announced Most Wanted as he was keen to repeat the magic of Wanted by working with the same team again. When Prabhu suggested Nayanthara’s name for the female lead, Boney, who knows that the actress is a big name in the south, was glad to have her on board.”

When asked about his forthcoming film, Boney Kapoor said, “Nothing has been finalised. We have just got an idea right now and are working on it.”

Prabhu Devaa remained unavailable for comment.

Salman-Asin to visit Kolkata

Dreams do come true.

And if your dreams have to do with Salman Khan, chances of them turning into reality are not far-fetched. After all, ‘Ek baar jo maine commitment kar di, phir main apne aap ki bhi nahi sunta’ Salman had delivered in his recent release, Wanted. Being a man of words, Salman is all set to make Kolkata’s dream of catching him live anduninterrupted on October 23.

S Chakravarty, the CMD of the company that is marketing Wanted and London Dreams, says, “Not only do we want to give Kolkata a peek into Salman’s latest outing, this would be the best opportunity to celebrate the success of Wanted.”

Incidentally, the earlier football match event at the Mohammedan Sporting Club on September 26 had to be cancelled for security reasons. “The entire Wanted team had entered the football ground in their jerseys. But the crowd went berserk with enthusiasm. Instead of the 20,000 capacity, the turnout was nearly 40,000. Salman and the rest of the team had to be whisked away for security reasons. There was no question of him returning to the grounds,” reminisces Chakravarty.

Later, he convinced Salman about the commitment he had made to his Kolkata fans and the actor readily consented. The expected turnout, this time around, would be close to 90,000. “Salman and Asin will be coming to the city. Ajay Devgn was also expected, but nothing has been finalised yet,” reveals Chakravarty. Meanwhile, Salman will also be dressed keeping in mind the look of his character in LD.

In keeping with the theme of LD, which is about what the protagonist faces in order to fulfil his dreams, the promoters have zeroed in on a local talent, who will get to perform in front of the stars. “There is a surprise performance of a young Kolkata guy with a rock band of his own,” Chakravarty says.

If Salman is in town, can his fans not expect a performance from the star? “It’s a two-hour long show. Of course, Salman will be performing and we also have dancers accompanying him. In fact, don’t be surprised if you catch Salman breaking into a jig to a medley of Wanted tracks,” continues Chakravarty, adding that Salman will be interacting with the audience during the course of the show too.

More surprises are in store what with the Wanted star planning to deliver his opening greeting in Bangla apart from using a couple of Banglia words during his interactions. The grand finale will have the LD artistes on stage. They’ll field questions from the audience and finally, break into a jig.

It’s about time for Kolkata to start dreaming too!

I miss you......!

Today I m feeling so low as you are not with me,

I miss u every moment wherever I may be.

My mind sets no where and just thinks about you,

I wanna talk a lot with you but our talks are due.

My lips are trembling and calling your name,

I cannot see you in front of me and I m going through this pain.

My tears are in trauma should they flow out or lay inside,

they want to roll down my cheeks but could not decide.

My one hand holds the other as it cannot hold yours,

It wanders for only your warm touch , I m sure.

My heart beats gets faster wishing you might be here,

giving me the feel of joy, love and care.

How much I love you is all i know,

i just feel it and I dont want to show.

I miss you with every beat of my heart, no doubt

you are the only one of whom i can think about....

If You Forget Me

I want you to know one thing

You know how this is

If I look at the crystal moon

at the red branch

of the slow autumn at my window

If I touch near the fire

the impalpable ash,

or the wrinkled body of the log

Everything carries me to you

As if everything that exists

Aromas, light, medals,

Or little boats that sail toward

those isles of your that wait for me,

Well now. If little by little ,You stop loving me,

I shall stop loving you

Little by little.

If suddenly you forget me

Do not look for me

For I shall already have forgotten you.

If you think it long and mad

the wind of banners

that passes through my life,

And you decide to leave me

at the shore of the heart where I have roots,

Remember, that on that day, at that hour,

I shall lift my arms

And my roots will set off

to seek another land.

But, if each day, each hour,

You feel that you are destined for me

with implacable sweetness,

If each day a flower climbs

up to your lips to seek me,

Ah my love, ah my own,

in me all that fire is repeated,

In me nothing is extinguished or forgotten

My love feeds on your love, beloved,

And as long as you live

it will be in your arms without leaving mine.

A Forever Friend

"A friend walk in when the rest of the world walks out."

Sometimes in life,

You find a special friend;

Someone who changes your life just by being part of it.

Someone who makes you laugh until you can't stop;

Someone who makes you believe that there really is good in the world.

Someone who convinces you that there really is an unlocked door just waiting for you to open it.

This is Forever Friendship.

when you're down, the world seems dark and empty,

Your forever friend lifts you up in spirits and makes that dark and empty world

suddenly seem bright and full.

Your forever friend gets you through the hard times, the sad times, and the confused times.

If you turn and walk away,

Your forever friend follows,

If you lose you way,

Your forever friend guides you and cheers you on.

Your forever friend holds your hand and tells you that everything is going to be okay.

And if you find such a friend,

You feel happy, and complete,

Because you need not worry,

Your have a forever friend for life,

And forever has no end.

I love you

I love you not because of who you are, but because of who I am when I am with you.

No man or woman is worth your tears, and the one who is, won‘t make you cry.

The worst way to miss someone is to be sitting right beside them knowing you can‘t have them.

Never frown, even when you are sad, you never know who is falling in love with your smile.

To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world.

Don‘t waste your time on a man/woman, who isn‘t willing to waste their time on you.

Just because someone doesn‘t love you the way you want them to, doesn‘t mean they don‘t love you with all they have.

Don‘t try so hard, Puma Shoes the best things come when you least expect them to.

Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one, so that when we finally meet the person, we will know how to be grateful.Don‘t cry because it is over, smile because it happened.

A.R.Rehman to make album with K V in Telugu

Music maestro A.R.Rehman is all set to make a music album in Telugu under the guidance of legendary director K Vishwanath. Talking to reporters in Hyderabad today (Monday, October 12, 2009), Rehman informed that he has spoken with K.V. “We agreed to work together and will begin work for it shortly. Other than that I am doing a film in Telugu after a long time for Pawan Kalyan’s Puli,” he added. Rehman will be performing live at a concert in Hyderabad on October 24th. The concert, which was a part of Rahman’s world tour, is to be conducted by GMR group and would be dedicated to late YSR and revenues would be given to flood victims.

“Telugu people have great taste for good music. In initial stage of my career I worked with Telugu music directors like Koti and others. And I am great fan of Mr.K.Vishwanth and his films. I am happy to inform you that I will be working with him for an album soon,” Rehman said.

No one pays me more than what i deserve: Ileana

The svelte Ileana has been living out of suitcases for so long that she’s desperately looking forward to a breather.

Luckily for her, Diwali will mean a time to chill out at home (in Goa) as shooting will come to a standstill for four days. The 20-something headturner who’s been shooting back-to-back for the last few months, says with a twinkle in her charcoal eyes: “I am really looking ahead to spending a few quiet days at home. I could just laze around and do nothing, or I could even relax near a poolside. For me that’s a great way to relax and recharge my batteries.”

After a long stint at work, the Goan beauty who’s ruling T-town BO, finds “spending time with family” very “de-stressing. I am extremely attached to my parents and siblings. They are my closest friends and I can bust work-related stress by simply being with them,”she says.

In town for a film shoot, after a hectic overseas shooting stint for her Telugu films Rechipo and Saleem, Ileana admits that while she was a trifle “homesick” she “loved every moment” of her work. Working on Rechipo with Nitin was a “fun experience” for her, especially since she seldom has “major expectations from a film.” Ileana insists that she is “happy” to have worked in a “breezy entertainer” and relished essaying an “interesting role”.

Earlier this year, she’s stormed the BO with her runaway hit Kick which catapulted her to the top league. Apparently, post-Kick, the actress has even revised her pay packet and takes home an estimated Rs 1 crore and 10 lakh. “No one pays me a rupee more than what I deserve. But I don’t want to discuss my remuneration at all,” she says cautiously, refusing to divulge any figures.

The level-headed actress has been thumbing down Kollywood offers for a while now, including Rajnikanth’s Sultan. Is that a wise move? “I have been getting Tamil film offers for a while now, but I haven’t come across anything interesting yet,” she points out. And unlike a lot of her contemporaries who are Bollywood bound, Ileana confesses she has no such plans yet. “Only a very meaty role in a Bollywood film would tempt me,”she quips. She’s also known to be extremely selective about work. Is that a conscious decision? “Well, yes. T-town has put me on a pedestal and I have to live up to expectations all the time. I will move out of my comfort zone and do something different only if I am very sure about the role,"she avers.

Coming up is a big-ticket flick where she has a “cute role” with NTR Junior for which “shooting begins in December.”

Until then the actress will spend time with her friends and “cats”, “watch loads of movies” and totally “live it up”.

Genelia to host 'Big Switch' reality show

After acting in around 30 movies in a career spanning less than six years, popular South Indian beauty Genelia is now all set to debut in the small screen. Genelia will begin by hosting UTV Bindass' new reality show 'Big Switch'.

In the novel format of the show (produced by Endemol), a celeb's offspring will be partnered with a slum child and they have to complete some tasks together. Big Switch will feature 10 rich participants sharing their living space with an equal number of slum dwellers. Interestingly, the show does not have any prize money.

The sources added that apart from Genelia, the channel is also trying to rope in Adhyayan Suman, Adam Bedi, Bappa Lahiri, Pooja Mishra and Natasha Suri for the reality show, which is to begin on October 24.

Meanwhile, the actress is currently awaiting for the release of her upcoming Telugu film Katha, directed by debutant Srinivas Raga. Genelia plays a teacher opposite Tamil hero Arun Kumar in this film produced by Gunnam Gangaraju under the banner of Just Yellow. Katha will grace screens on October 29.

'All The Best' is a laugh riot: Ajay Devgn

Actor-producer Ajay Devgn, who promises an entertaining Diwali package with his home production "All The Best - Fun Begins", says a sequel to the laugh riot is not yet on the cards and that a decision would be taken only after its release Friday.

"That (the sequel) depends upon the release...on how the audiences take it and how big a hit it proves to be. Nothing has been decided yet, we'll think about it only after it is out. Though right now, it's just 'Golmaal 3' that is for sure," Ajay told IANS in an interview here. The actor says "All The Best" would be funnier than his previous comic hits "Golmaal" (2006) and "Golmaal Returns" (2008).

" 'All The Best' is a laugh riot. It falls in the same genre as 'Golmaal' but is a completely different script made on a larger scale and it's funnier than 'Golmaal'... The film will work...I am sure people will like it too," he said.

Throwing light on his character, the 40-year-old actor said: "I play a kind of conman who thinks he is very smart and intelligent and can handle a lot of things but actually he is a fool. Every time he comes up with an idea, he lands everybody else in trouble also."

Directed by Rohit Shetty, the comedy also stars Bipasha Basu, Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen Khan and Mugdha Godse.

Asked how he would rate himself as a producer, Ajay said: "I am a very fabulous producer. I think people should get what they deserve and they should also do what they are paid for. It works both ways. You have to be fair on one side and stern on the other for the job to be done."

"All The Best" is clashing with two other big-budget movies - "Blue" and "Main Aurr Mrs Khanna", but Ajay is unperturbed by the competition."All three films are from different genres and for me it was always a Diwali release because it ('All The Best') is all about families and people wanting to be together and having fun...so this Diwali, 'All The Best' is the best bet if everyone wants to laugh."It is a clean entertainer and has no double-meaning dialogues...it can be enjoyed by all age groups," the actor said.Ajay's musical drama "London Dreams", which also stars Salman Khan and Asin, is lined up for release Oct 30. Is he worried that two of his movies that belong to different genres are rolling out so close?

"That's the best part that there are two different genres all together...It's not really that great that they are coming so close to each other. (But) I am not worried...," he said.

" 'London Dreams' was supposed to release in August, but now it's coming Oct 30. The strike (between producers and multiplex owners) messed up everything and things got delayed and for almost three months, nothing really released," Ajay said.

Apart from "All The Best", "London Dreams" and "Golmaal 3", Ajay's future projects include "Rajneeti", "Once Upon A Time In Mumbai", Priyadarshan's next and his second directorial venture. But apart from his films, the new spelling of his surname has also been talked about. So what made him drop a vowel, making it Devgn instead of the earlier Devgan.

"That (the spell change) was long due...for the past 10 years, I was being asked to change that and I was really apprehensive but finally I have done it. My family believes a lot in these things and I guess every Indian family does. So it's okay with me," Ajay said

Happy Birthday Sneha!

Her dusky looks in Virumbugiren were enchanting; with every movie that followed, she only looked better and better. But her smile -- that’s her highlight, her USP. It has a charm that is a rarity. She is Sneha, a name that can make several young men go dreamy-eyed, an actress who has proved time and again that she’s not just a pretty face, but an equally good artiste.

Sneha has acted in over 30 movies since her entry into cinema and has dazzled us with her performance in each of them. Be it a defining moment in the movie, or one that does not mean much to the plot, she always endeavours to give it her best. Her performances have been rewarded with cheers and awards, including the Filmfare and Kalaimamani awards.

Her scintillating performance in a double role in Parthiban Kanuvu left everyone amazed. Starring with the unparalleled Kamal Haasan in Vasool Raja MBBS, she managed to win some laughs and applause alongside the stalwart. She is also one of the lucky few to have played one of the leads in Parthale Paravasam, a movie by veteran director K. Balachander. She has played a variety of roles; of late, she has been experimenting with glamorous roles (Pandi) as well as action-oriented roles. She will be soon seen as a pilot (Aruvadai) opposite superstar Mammootty and as a cop in Bhavani IPS.

Today, as she celebrates her birthday, we would love to wish her luck and great movies in the years ahead!
